We will tailor a leadership development programme from a few hours to modules held over several months to develop your team of leaders with context to suit your organisation.
Team Learning
We work with you to tailor a workshop to suit your team’s needs. Our team learning workshops cover a range of topics:
- Story-telling for leaders is a 2 – 4 hour workshop to develop your team’s leadership capability utilising this authentic tool.
- Personality profiling for your team using Myers Briggs®, Saville Wave, FIRO-B and other instruments. We have access to an extensive range of psychometric instruments with qualified facilitators
- Understanding team dynamics – a workshop to raise awareness of how your team operates including insights into how relationships influence the team, identification of blockers and enablers and achieving optimum team performance
- Developing high performing teams – a workshop for leaders to highten understanding of team leadership, team coaching including the stages of a team and the six dimension of trust
- Understanding your emotional intelligence – a 1-day workshop for individuals seeking to gain an understanding of their emotional intelligence and to develop an action plan for further development and interaction with others
Vision and Strategy Sessions
We facilitate Shared Vision and Strategy sessions for leadership teams. We incorporate charter, vision, purpose and values as required.
