What we do

The Centre supports organisational success through authentic leadership and innovative strategy programmes and workshops. We have public or open programmes and also work with leaders, organisations and leadership teams to tailor development to meet your needs and context. Complementary leadership, new role, career and functional coaching is also offered.

  1. Stephen you have triggered a thought on leadership. the importance of consistancy of behaviour or values. Based on Stephen Coveys Junior’s book The Speed of Trust – he says people’s trust in us is built on our actions not our intent. Yes we arent going to get it right all of the time – but when I think of this idea it makes me reflect on my own trust relationships and how I lead. As a person being led in different circumstances I am so aware of the view from below and the impact of what is said from above and what my experience of that is as a reciever of both messages… anyway its a bit late to get too deep.
