  1. Stephen you have triggered a thought on leadership. the importance of consistancy of behaviour or values. Based on Stephen Coveys Junior’s book The Speed of Trust – he says people’s trust in us is built on our actions not our intent. Yes we arent going to get it right all of the time – but when I think of this idea it makes me reflect on my own trust relationships and how I lead. As a person being led in different circumstances I am so aware of the view from below and the impact of what is said from above and what my experience of that is as a reciever of both messages… anyway its a bit late to get too deep.
